Santa YEG is making $500 gift certificates available for two deserving families through your nominations

In an effort to lighten the burden for two families this holiday season Santa YEG is making two x $500 gift cards available through a community nomination process.
To nominate someone who you think could use an extra hand this year, please email the following to Santayeg@outlook.com :
- Your name and contact information (phone & email)
- The name(s) of the person(s) you are nominating
- Their contact information (phone & email)
- Your relationship to the nominee
- A brief story about why you’re nominating them
Deadline for entry is Thursday, December 17th at noon MDT. Recipients must be Edmonton area residents.
Winners will be selected by a three-person panel that includes local media personalities Rob Williams and Stacey Brotzel in addition to Santa YEG founder Jeff Tetz.
Please help spread the word so we can grant at least a couple of wishes this Christmas to brighten someone’s Christmas just a little.

They are neighbours but the only info I have is his name is Matt he has a wife and 2 small children, lost his job and the young child told me Christmas is cancelled, it made me cry. I know they really need it! Please pick them and I will try and get more info on them, I wish I could do more for them because I’m missing my family this year, my daughter is a frontline worker at Foothills so things are different for everyone. I want to nominate my friend Luz Angela Vera, she is a single mom with a 9 years old boy with a severe autism. She has been the best dedicated and brilliant mom regardless of the circumstances of having a PT some times or being unemployed. They both deserve a nice surprise for their Christmas.

I want to nominate my friends mom Lisa Courtoreille, she’s a single mom of two. She does the best to make ends meet, she’s one of the most caring people I know, and I know with the holidays she’s stressing about gifts, and food for her two kids. She does whatever she can to help anyone and everyone.
